Update: Finally got my refund resolved. Billing department still has a long way to go, but their Clinical Director Melissa is amazing. Fixed my issue in 4 hours after speaking with her. Couldn't be more impressed. Care was good, but the business office is inept. They will demand payment of more than what's owed, will argue and be rude when you explain your benefits. Been owed a refund for 2 months now after insurance paid and they still refuse to send it due to their own internal accounting issues. Patient satisfaction goes ... read more
Brought my 2 1/2 year old in to have bilateral tubes put in his ears. Was greeted by a friendly face and reception and checkin. The pre-op nurse was wonderfully accommodating in his disinterest in putting on the hospital gown. The OR nurse was very friendly and even let him bring his beloved stuffies back to surgery with him, and bedecked them in their own surgical party hat and mask. Update: Make sure you verify billing before paying. No one calls you back when you over pay. Left multiple messages, they over charged by $800+ and you can only leave a message. My BCBS representative even tried calling them no response. PATIENT beware! The surgery center does not help and says you just have to call their billing office in Irving. Had surgery here yesterday. Amazingly professional and caring staff. From doctors to nurses to support staff, everyone was kind, caring and took their time to ensure every detail was taken care of for me and my wife who was wasting on me. Facilities were immaculately clean. Exceptional people and facilitiy.
