Love the clinical staff. But when I called to discuss my bill Chastidity asked for my name and date of birth then put me on hold for 9 minutes. She said it was to bring up my account. How long should that take? Then she still could not find it. I gave her my account number off the bill. She still couldn't find it. I finally asked for a supervisor because she sounded like she was totally giving up on the call? She said it could take up to 72 hours to get a call back. Wow.
My spouse had a surgical procedure in the center. Everything worked perfectly as a clockwork. Many thanks to the staff, especially to the nurses that worked with my wife: Anne, Kelly, Lauren.
Read every one-star review RIGHT NOW. You will see that this place is going to steal your money and keep it. They owe me over $900 after overcharging me at the time of my procedure. They have been dodging me for over a month. They're going to do this to you. They will not answer when you call. They will not return your calls. You are screwed. I had surgery here on 10/2/2025 and had a great experience. Leading up to the procedure I was contacted by multiple people to make sure I stayed informed. The day of the surgery every person I had contact with displayed kindness, attentiveness, kept me as comfortable as possible, and respectful. I couldn't have asked for better care.
This team was so professional, thorough and so compassionate. The nurse never left my daughter side with her foot surgery. This is so important when you have a minor in their care they were ready and willing to take care of our daughter and they did exceptional.
