Hubby had day surgery. From the time we arrived till we left was 2.5 hours & we arrived almost 30 mins early. They were very friendly, personable & efficient.
Baylor forces the use of Noble Anestesia Partners PLLC- I paid them the Estimated amount in advance, and then after surgery they sent another $600 in charges which are not allowed by Blue Cross Blue shield. In total almost $5,000 for anestesia on a wrist surgery which was less than half an hour. Baylor doesn't seem to care.
Recently had surgery at this facility. No complaints whatsoever. Very friendly staff. Felt very comfortable with the procedure. Would definitely recommend.
