Never in my life have I felt so disrespected by a medical professional. I was scheduled for a procedure at this facility and received a call from a staff member named Mary, who was conducting my intake. We went over my medical history, including my weight—which she had me repeat three times. I had a bilateral salpingectomy done here today (6/13/25) and I can’t say enough about how kind, attentive, and efficient the team is here. Karina in billing took the extra step to reconfirm with my insurance that my procedure would be 100% covered after I got a call stating I would owe a balance of almost $3000 the day of surgery. The receptionist at check in (I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name!) was kind and welcoming, even at 6am, and complimented my pajamas. On March 20, 2025, we came here for a Neuroplasty surgery for my wife. While we had many questions and concerns going in, we were put at ease from the time we came in for registration. The receptionist, Francis was really nice and courteous. The nurse that came and took my wife in, Denisha (RN, Pre-Op) was amazing. She was really polite and assured us everything was going to be fine. She was also very gentle with my wife's arm in pain.
