I have nothing bad to say about the nursing staff and doctors at the center, they are all very good. However, I cannot say the same for the billing department. I had eye surgery on April 9, 2025. At the day of surgery, Rhonda in billing, told me I would need to pay $4300 toward the surgery because my deductible had not been met. I understand that, but when all the claims to the surgeon, anesthesia and surgery center were completed, the amount I actually owed the center was $2699.
