I was 30 minutes early for my procedure. I was done and headed back home in under an hour and a half. The whole staff was great.
Delightful staff. Organized. On time. Professional without losing the human element. Clean. Doctor and nurses, door greeter, billing, everyone was kind. The anesthesiologist had the most wonderful bedside manner. 5/5 recommend!
My Mom just had another kidney stone procedure and this time it was with Dr. Waters and the staff here. We couldn’t have had a better experience. Everyone was top notch and super nice. Would definitely come here again if need be.
I was asked to arrive at 8:15am, which I did. In fact, I was fully checked in at 8:15 am. I then waited in the lobby (waiting room) for over an hour and 40 minutes! As I refused to wait any longer, I left the facility without seeing my doctor or completing the planned procedure. I felt very disrespected.
My wife had a knee surgery, with Dr. Thomas here. From the greeting at the door, desk, and the wonderful RNs, made us feel comfortable and cofident. They text updates on her procedure, etc. Parking is easy too. Wanted to tell the whole staff, thank you very much.
