My husband had knee replacement surgery. Every one was attentive, and gave explanation for each step, kind and friendly, from Lynn out front to set everything up, to lady who prepped him for surgery, to anesthesiologist and his helper, to Cathy and Courtney for recovery care that was top notch.. those ladies never stopped in the back well after everyone left for the day they stayed until the very end tirelessly helping my husband in recovery:) it's a difficult surgery but the kindness and care of all those mentioned , not le... read more
Love this place - efficient, clean and love my Dr as well!!
Had a procedure this morning with Dr. Galen Howard. He's amazing. He first cared for me through the ER. I saw him in is office, he then planned this procedure. He's very caring, understanding, & a first class Doctor! His office, staff, and this center is ALL top notch. I was heard, helped, and fixed. The nurses & the anesthesia Doctor helped me feel safe and reassured. What an amazing team. Highly recommend.
I was scheduled to have a procedure done on 11/8. I was contacted on 11/5 that it is Baylor’s policy that everyone has to prepay what the insurance company will not cover before any surgery is performed. It is my policy not to pay for any service until after the service is completed and all the bills are in. As a result of the differences between the two positions I canceled my scheduled surgery.
