Had ortho surgery and this clinic. Surgeons and staff are Top Notch. Decided to do my physical therapy there as well. Unbeknownst to me, and the physical therapy folks did not make clear that they would be billing my insurance company as a hospital. If they bill as a hospital, they bill almost six times more than billing as a clinic. They billed my insurance over $222 for every 15 minutes. Dr Ackley and the staff are amazing! Love my first time experience! I was treated like a person and not a bag of money. HE ALSO PRAYED FOR ME! Which I loved. Will definitely come back.

As a person in my late 20s, I've been in PT here for the past decade for no less than 4 times with knee and neck issues. I love the therapists, atmosphere (especially since they moved to the new building!), and care that I get here. From referral to recovery, each detail is looked at with care and with the idea to get patients back in a position to live life to the fullest again. I'm so thankful that we have Chris and the rest of the staff here in Waco!
