They have the most absolute best team here! I had trouble at 2 other bariatric places and was denied. BSWG helped me and made sure I completed the program the way I needed to for my insurance to pay, and made sure I would be safe on the operating table. Dr Rivera was adamant about that. Any time I've had an issue, they've always helped me. The staff is the most supportive group I have ever been around. I just can't thank them enough!
Do NOT, I mean seriously DO NOT use this center. They are horribly unprofessional. They are not upfront on the costs. I went through months of visits and their referrals out to physical therapy etc all to get up to scheduling my surgery then I never could get ahold of them. I left messages and talked to the front desk for WEEKS and each time was told someone would get back to me to get me on the schedule now that I had completed everything they had asked and that never happened.
