The receptionist was very rude. I was given the wrong address, and I asked her if there was transportation to my vehicle because I had been looking for the building for the last 30 mind I explained that I was from out of town and didn't have any idea where the building was located! I just completed the at home study. I was very apprehensive at first but was put at ease with the nurse who gave me the equipment. I watched the youtube video and that helped me be sure I did it correctly. Had a little trouble falling asleep but once I did I was able to sleep all night. Would recommend 100%

Called about a question (scheduling me an appt etc) and spoke to a christina, she claimed she is a scheduler. She was very rude, with smart remark & short and sighed when I repeated everything we discussed back to her cause I wanted to ensure I had it correct. She must need some more customer service training or continue education cause she was extremely unprofessional.

Five months waiting for my husband to get an appointment in June. He completed the sleep study & received no follow up call, although he was told if he did the study there at the facility the doctor would be able to go over his results the same day. Two weeks go by & now in July, he calls to get his results & there is no available appointment until December.
