Impossibly hard to find. Nice customer service but they can't help you find anything. No front desk staff in any buildings. Minimal detail to be found anywhere online regarding the tower you should be going to. Not user friendly at all, missed my appointment all together even with arriving early and multiple calls with staff. Go anywhere else that doesn't require Christopher Columbus himself to navigate the grounds for you.
It's a shame to see the 2 one star reviews. 🌟 This place is awesome with an amazing staff! Complaining about paying for parking 🙄 really. It's downtown Dallas. Google should remove those reviews.

Paid parking for patients also, it should be free. We cant think of staying long term with this hospital
