I had my first therapy session yesterday and was very impressed with all. At the front desk was Pamela and Jenna. They were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Finishing up all documentation, and getting checked in with them was a breeze!. My provider was Rebecca. She is really outstanding, caring, organized, etc. I know I am in good hands and felt really accomplished, after the first session. Look forward to the upcoming sessions.
This is a great place for rehab. From the front desk to the therapists, they are so nice and accommodating. My therapist, Nick, has been amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable while still be patient, encouraging and funny. He's really great. I'm a senior recovering from knee replacement and my care has been wonderful. Highly recommend BSW Farmers Branch for physical therapy.

The entire staff goes above and beyond. Patient care seems to be a calling rather than a job. They go above and beyond, with therapy needs and also with contacting doctors and insurance. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, and they actually care about their patients.
