Disappointed that I wasn't told prior or at my appointments that my insurance didn't cover the sessions. Then to later get an EOB for $900...smh. Terrible customer service in the way of ensuring the patient is well informed of potential out of pocket cost especially when a co-payment is paid. Paying $900 for two hours of "stretching" is ridiculous!

Very clean, comfortable surroundings with excellent staff & knowledgeable therapists. I have high expectations for getting my mobility back on track quickly.
I felt cared for from the moment I arrived to my first appointment., being greeted warmly by Pamela, the recepcionist. Aleena my therapist is not only an excellent professional but also compassionate and really helped me by showing, very precisely, various exercises and best of all, she put my "old shoulder bones" back in place after many years of pain.
