The staff at BSW are professional and focused on success. I felt I was being guided in my rehabilitation to get the best results. After explaining my daily activities and struggles, my physical therapist put me on a training plan that I feel will improve my ability and strength to move forward.
Great facility. Small and personal service. Staff is extremely friendly, caring and professional. Love that they are conveniently located in central Farmers Branch.
Disappointed that I wasn't told prior or at my appointments that my insurance didn't cover the sessions. Then to later get an EOB for $900...smh. Terrible customer service in the way of ensuring the patient is well informed of potential out of pocket cost especially when a co-payment is paid. Paying $900 for two hours of "stretching" is ridiculous!
Really friendly staff and clean facility. PTs really care and seem to enjoy what they do!
