User beware! My doctor at BS&W referred me to a BS&W physical therapy post shoulder replacement. I have no issues with the therapists, solely with the way this place does business. After receiving my Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from my insurance, I finally understood that I was being charged over $500/hour. 3/4th of that time I was assigned stretching exercises while the therapist watched. 15 minutes was the therapist stretching my shoulder. Thank you to the friendly, professional staff at the Carroll location. Ricci Williams patiently spent time with me walking through our insurance and scheduling appointments for my sons. Rushi Patel is very knowledgeable and caring. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing physical therapy. The facility is clean and well maintained.
