Exceptionally rude office staff. After making an appointment online for 1.5 weeks out, I was immediately (less than 5 min) called and asked for insurance. I don't carry a purse to work, so I didn't have it readily available. Staff was rude in letting me know my appointment wouldn't be confirmed until providing that information. When I called to provide it, I was greeted with rudeness due to my quiet voice again at work....In addition, my appointment had already been cancelled, BUT WAS STILL AVAILABLE!!!! I was referred to Bryan Bertsch, P.T. by my shoulder specialist at Baylor Scott & White. He is personable, while professional and pragmatic. His approach was exactly what was needed for the specific issue being addressed. I highly recommend Bryan and the center.
I was a patient here for 16 weeks after an accident, attending PT twice a week. Initially, the front desk was pleasant, but it seems the staff has changed quite a bit. After I graduated from PT, I called to ask how to request my medical records, they were rude and dismissive. They explained that records were handled by a separate records department that processes requests for all BSW Outpatient Rehab locations and that my request had to be faxed to them.
