The location is very clean, the staff very courteous and the therapist are very friendly and professional
It is a wonderful place to have a real therapy. It is a true professional therapist with excellent service. The way they treat their patient is fantastic.
Exceptionally rude office staff. After making an appointment online for 1.5 weeks out, I was immediately (less than 5 min) called and asked for insurance. I don't carry a purse to work, so I didn't have it readily available. Staff was rude in letting me know my appointment wouldn't be confirmed until providing that information. When I called to provide it, I was greeted with rudeness due to my quiet voice again at work....In addition, my appointment had already been cancelled, BUT WAS STILL AVAILABLE!!!!
