I was a patient here for 16 weeks after an accident, attending PT twice a week. Initially, the front desk was pleasant, but it seems the staff has changed quite a bit. After I graduated from PT, I called to ask how to request my medical records, they were rude and dismissive. They explained that records were handled by a separate records department that processes requests for all BSW Outpatient Rehab locations and that my request had to be faxed to them. Professional, efficient and Caring . Reid has been an excellent physiotherapist and Cleo at the front desk is efficient and impressive.
I have been other places before for PT but this clinic is by far the best one. No loud hip hop music blasting, professional staff, a spacious, inviting area and very nice modern equipment. As an older patient, I appreciate an older more experienced therapist. I am seeing better results this time and am very encouraged.
