BSW PT Rowlett consistently competent and diligent. Outpatient IT back end needs work — laggy scheduling, updating, notifications. BTW, a relative’s experience at Lake Pointe ER 9/15 would suggest their operations are solid. Check-in, hand-offs, HIPAA-security, attention to patient — all seemed to have nailed it.
Informative. Listens to questions and concerns. The entire staff is upbeat and pleasant. Very pleased I chose this location for my rehab.
If you need therapy after surgery may I refer you to my Favorite place? Baylor Scott White (BSW) Out Patient Therapy! I go to the one in Rowlett on Lakeview Pkwy they are really great there!! Very nice and very good at therapy sessions! My husband & I both take therapy there!!
