Very disappointing experience. They were quick to schedule initially, but communication became slow and disorganized after payment and completing the study. I never received the actual results for over a month. I was charged $368 for a 30-minute video call just to “review” the study, plus $582 for wearable equipment that I used only once. Dr. Tui in the pulmonary and sleep clinic listens and very knowledgeable. The staff is very kind and helpful!
Got referred by my GP, but no one answers the phone or ever calls me back, so I can’t schedule an appointment.
