I’ve been trying for 3 days to reach scheduling to schedule a sleep study for my child. Our PCP referred us over two weeks ago. I’ve left 3 messages and nobody is calling me back to schedule.
Terrible patient care. They take weeks to follow up after the initial visit and schedule studies. It was always so complicated trying to contact them. No regard for their patients whatsoever.
Very disappointing experience. They were quick to schedule initially, but communication became slow and disorganized after payment and completing the study. I never received the actual results for over a month. I was charged $368 for a 30-minute video call just to “review” the study, plus $582 for wearable equipment that I used only once. The information provided offered nothing I didn’t already know, and none of my issues were resolved. I disputed the charges, but unfortunately the dispute failed.
