I was honestly surprised to see this location sitting around a 3.0 rating based on some of the reviews. This was my first time coming here for my annual physical, and my experience was very positive. I only waited about 5–10 minutes before being seen, which I consider completely normal for a medical office. My appointment was with Leslie Herd, MD (Family Medicine), and she was very professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Anderson and his nurse, Gwen. They are both incredibly thorough, professional, and friendly. I never feel rushed during my appointments—Dr. Anderson always takes his time, listens carefully, and makes sure all of my questions are answered. Gwen is just as attentive and kind, helping everything run smoothly. I truly feel cared for and well looked after with their team. Highly recommend!
