I had a very disappointing experience at this office. I explained an issue that I had, and instead of trying to help me understand, staff were extremely rude and dismissive. Patients deserve kindness and professionalism, not attitude.
BSW Primary doctors have always been professional and caring in my experience. Dr Leah Madsen and her PAs have much compassion for their patients. My PA Rachel Fehrenbach is one of the most kind compassionate people I have met in a professional manner.
Dr. Ashley is amazing. I went to take my mom as she was experiencing coughing for a prolonged period. Dr. Ashely went above and beyond to figure out what she had. What surprised me the most is she gave us a call after the visit to go over results and made sure we got the prescriptions. I’ve experienced in other practices that they just add notes on the chart. Dr. Ashley showed compassion and can tell she loves to help out patients.
