I have been a patient at BSW Outpatient Therapy for several years. Erika has been my physical therapist for the last two and is outstanding. She is an excellent clinician with a presence that is both professional and personable. I feel extremely fortunate that I have the opportunity to work with her.
I have all my medical issues with Baylor Scott and White! They are professional,knowledgeable, personable from the start. No problem with scheduling appointments and the BSW app has all information so I am informed with updates. I can’t say too much how great they are.
I had an excellent experience with my therapist Molly and also the front desk staff. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring from the moment I walked in. Molly took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and truly worked hard to help me improve. The front desk personnel were always friendly, helpful, and made scheduling easy. Exceptional service all around — I highly recommend.
Jessica is amazing!!! She has one of the best Personalities!! She helped so much with my shoulder pain. And maintain professionalism!!
