Great PT staff, lovely folks who are great. You just have to struggle thru the front desk staff. Don't bother calling or leaving messages for a couple weeks they will not be returned. Go in person and hope they are at their desk. You might get your questions answered!
My physical therapist, Todd was very knowledgeable and explained my condition in a way that I understood what the condition is and how to make it better. He was both supportive and encouraging. Todd played a big role in my recovery and I'm very thankful for his expertise and kindness. I definitely recommend him if you ever need a physical therapist.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I visited this center in 2020 and paid for my treatment even before my sessions insurance claims were processed. After I got my EOB, I confirmed that I had covered the cost of my treatment. Then the shady nickel and diming started. Every few months, I'll get a $13 bill here, $8 bill there. I kept paying up until this year, almost two years after my treatment, I got a bill for $14. Dan was my P/T for my knee replacement and was awesome.. would highly recommend him to anyone needing therapy. I started with another therapist at different location. Waste of a month. Dan had me up, walking, stepping and moving in record time. My goal was to be able to climb the bleachers to see my daughter March in her band and thank you, Dan... We did it!!! 👍 Never been happy, even started to go biking with her last month😁
Dr. Tim Kruchowsky is the best Physical Therapist I have ever had. I have had neck problems which he has definitely helped to ease the pain. Then lately I tore a muscle in my rotator cuff and his help has been indispensable! He explains which exercises help and why, even demonstrating with a physical copy of the joint that is damaged. I can absolutely recommend him!
