I had an excellent PT instructor, Angel Nguyen, at the Midlothian location. She built my core up in 8 weeks and made rehab fun! She sent me off with several exercises to make my life better as I get older! The location itself was super clean, had many machines and core exercises to benefit from. I’d go back in a minute if I ever need to!!
