This staff is incredible. Stephen is so knowledgeable and will challenge you while also making you laugh. I’ve been to six other PT clinics in my life and no one was able to help my back and neck pain before this clinic. I’ve seen this office for THREE separate types of treatment and they succeeded each time. They helped me so much with balance and vertigo post-concussion. I absolutely love this whole staff. I broke my ankle and trust me when I say it has been the toughest point in my life. I dreaded Physical Therapy but Steven makes it fun and borderline enjoyable. He's very good at reassuring what you're doing and feeling is ok and normal. He is also super educational on what's going on throughout the process! I really enjoy coming in to see what new things Steven has planned for me every week!
About a year ago a good friend referred me to Stephen Black for physical therapy. I couldn’t be more happy with Stephen, his staff and my results. I have some time to go before I get back to 100% but I know I will. AAAAA++++++
I have used BSW for about 5 yrs. After 2 knee replacements, hand surgery and pain management, I am very pleased with my care. I have had very good results with all my procedures. It is also nice to have the option to stay overnight after a surgery. Surgery centers don't offer this. Also, all BSW doctors have instant access to your records. Their PT is also very good. And, their Patient Portal is easy to access with prompt replies.
