Office is mismanaged and does not respect the time of patients. How can the first appointments of the day be consistently late by 30 minutes or more EVERY time. My first follow up took over 2 Hours for x rays and a 15 min check in with the PA ( did not even see the Dr.) 2nd follow up was over 60 minutes late outside of x rays and 3rd appointment was lost out of their system even though I had rescheduled with an actual human in the office. I broke my hip on Dec 22nd and was transported by ambulance to BSW. I ended up with rods and screws in my right hip. The Dr and PA saw me in ER and during my hospital stay. They were very sensitive to my pain and provided great service during my over the Christmas holiday stay. Finally able to go home the day after Christmas for continued recovery. I have had the best home health care set up by them. I would definitely recommend this group.
Do not see Patients accept Monday. This is unacceptable. there should be more options. my Mother NEVER saw the Dr. not when in hospital or in the office. Broken bones in three places and not see the DR? only the PA. They send you out for X-rays due to staffing shortages? Who runs a office this way?
