Tried messaging the doctor and calling them to communicate some urgent issues with my mom due to a medication change prescribed by the doctor .The phone line would automatically get dropped and no one answers the call. Havent got any response to the messages sent via portal either. Super bad management. Extremely frustrating.
Dr. Shu was kind and took time to answer all my questions. Ethel is one of the most wonderful people I have met in healthcare. She is warm, welcoming, and truly cares for each patient.
Someone in the scheduling department is very rude and disrespectful. I was referred to this doctor but I'm now looking for another doctor because of her staff.
The Dr was very descriptive and patient friendly in her explanations. She was sincerely concerned about my well being
