If I could give this clinic 0 stars, I would. This is the worst managed clinic I've ever experienced. I have epilepsy and require a high maintenance dosage of meds that I have been on for over 10 years, yet I have an extremely difficult time getting my prescription refills. This is partly due to the phones not working - every time you call and select the option to speak with the medical assistant, it hangs up on you. Dr. Erin Fiedler is amazing. We have struggled for a few years with other neurologists that did not seem interested in my son's needs. Dr. Fiedler researched our history prior to the appointment and had suggestions to help with some changes in medications as we navigate puberty and related changes as my son matures.
I thought I was referred for new therapies for neuropathies. I did not get any.
