Baylor's billing system needs major improvements. If you have been to more then one location for services it is very hard to find out which facility to call to find out billing details. I had to call 4 different locations and they still couldn't help me! Also, one of the billing reps in the Dallas central location was rude while talking to me. The other reps in the other locations were pleasant. I'm still giving it a 1 star because of the billing detail issue and the Dallas rep.
Best PCP I have ever had
He is thorough, never rushes and calls personally with labs and reports. Our adult children also use him as their PCP. Great internist.
