Horrible customer service. Went in for an annual checkup that is 100% covered by insurance and came out with $125 of extra errant charges that they would not correct. Find anyone else to be your primary care doctor.
I had a very bad experience here when in because I wasn’t feeling well I was trying to tell the doctor all my symptoms and out of nowhere he tells me your consultation is only 15 minutes consultation and I was like really I have never been told that before an A doctor Office that I only have 15 minutes for a consultation so end of the story I didn’t even get checked for half of the stuff that I went in for
This doctor has been my husband's primary care physician for over three years now. He fell off some stairs and hurt his back. We came in 2 hours before closing with no one in the waiting room. They refused to see us because he didn't have an appointment. He wouldn't even look at him and instead sent us to the emergency room where we had to pay the emergency room fees and all. What a crappy way to treat your patients. Dr. Dobbs is gone. This place has become terrible since she left.
