I had the most amazing experience at Baylor Trophy Club starting with Sylvia in registration to my discharge nurse. Every single staff member that I had contact with was incredible. They absolutely love their jobs and truly seem to care about their patients. I seriously couldn’t give them a higher praise. PS, Kidney stones are the worst.

I was at Baylor Trophy Club for a procedure, stayed overnight, and discharged the following afternoon. I felt VERY ATTENDED TO by the entire staff I had contact with, from the nursing staff and support, dietary, even housekeeping ! The pre-admission and check-in on day of surgery went very smoothly. I would like to offer a special acknowledgment to ‘Kristy’, who worked as a medical patient care tech on the 2nd floor on the evening/overnight shift. If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to this facility for bariatric surgery. The surgery itself went fine, and I had no issue with the surgical staff. My experience with the overnight nursing staff, however, was absolutely unacceptable and, frankly, frightening. When I woke up after surgery, staff attempted to give me an insulin injection. When I asked why, I was told it was because I was diabetic. I told them repeatedly that I am not diabetic and do not take insulin. Instead of stopping and verifying my medical recor... read more
