——- got my refund——- I was told I owed money for procedure, I paid. Insurance told me I did not owe. (Feb) July my husband met with people there said yes due refund. Told would mail it to me. Never Arrived. Called and left 3 messages and finally got call back. Tina said she decided to credit to card. I told her card not good. She said well i will mail receipts you take it up with your bank. I have called bank and nothing says nothing sent. Says nothing pending. . Very irritating. Still waiting over a week later. Media? Communication was thorough and fast. Everyone I dealt with during my surgery and recovery process was amazing! At 5:am both the receptionist and check in person werw welcoming, organized and thorough. Big thanks to nurse Larry, Dr Novak, Dr. Suttles and recovery nurse Linda. The experience was professional and positive. I felt well taken care of and would highly recommend.
