Can't believe we pay for this will find another insurance wife had back surgery Dr. Didn't address me after sent word with a nurse pain meds didn't work four days later had to take back she is at Baylor on Gaston shameless uncaring people

If you have a head injury, I don’t recommend going to this hospital unless you want to sit in a full lobby for 6–8 hours with no one checking on you or monitoring your condition. I was given no IV and no medication for discomfort. When you finally see a doctor, it’s for maybe five minutes — they tell you your CT is clear, keep you in the back for another 30 minutes, and then send you home. My mother in law is there now 10/23/2025 . My wife have to do everything by feeding,cleaning her up . The place isn't worth coming here please go somewhere else.

Wife came in with a hysterectomy complication and very extreme bleeding. Never saw a nurse for two hours. Said they were contacting her doctor that did the surgery and never did. Blood pressure dropped dramatically to 56 systolic and she passed out. No one came in the house on till I was outside room yelling for help. I call her original doctor to get her transferred out. Don’t go to this emergency room unless you want to die. Very subpar care.
