The wait here is ridiculously long. It is not worth the headache at all!!! These people need to reevaluate the Er process because this ain’t it!! 6 + hours and still nothing!!

That is the worst hospital in Texas, the nurses is awful no respect for the patient and the aid (a guy) on the floor was terrible did not know how to stick my finger for the blood sugar. Over all this hospital need to hire better people who care about others

Orible servicio desde la recepción hasta las enfermeras si no les gusta su travajo deberían dedicarse a otra cosa que les agrede la gente no va por gusto a emergencias.

I took my son here due to him being in pain. The amount of time we spent there was ridiculous. Patients kept coming in and going to the back as we still sat there. When I went to ask, what was taking so long..the nurse came out and said, oh, we're cleaning up rooms and about to send you to the back. Then he proceeds to come back out. And say, oh, follow me, we're about to give him a shot. A shot a shot for what. He then proceeds to take us to a room that is for storage. We was in a storage room.
