Update: The didn’t appreciate the 1$ and 10$ payments so they sell your account to a collection agency. So they have 0 actually desire to work it out with you. If they coded there bills properly and fixed it would have never been an issue and TSI was stupid enough to pay it from them. If you have a head injury, I don’t recommend going to this hospital unless you want to sit in a full lobby for 6–8 hours with no one checking on you or monitoring your condition. There was no urgency to get me out of pain. The X-ray technician was the roughest that I’ve ever experienced. I informed them that I needed to use the restroom over 5 hours ago. Still nothing. Just a urinal would help. If they would just give me my meds back it would help.

Worst experience ever in the emergency room!!! The staff does not care and are very rude. I usually go to Presbyterian in Rockwall but at the time of my emergency I had no choice but to go here. I quickly regretted making that choice. Everything went horrible while waiting to get called back. I will never ever go back to this hospital!!!
