I was recently in your Emergency Room with my Mother. I wanted to compliment one of your medical staff, Ron. From the time we came in the door we were treated with respect and a high level of professionalism and care. My Mom has never gotten such good and quick treatment. I would trust my families life with Ron. This is a great man. I hope he can be recognized for his high level of knowledge and care for others. We also wanted to compliment our Nurse Shae? Sp? She is the best! God bless you all.

If you want to be treated like a burden and a bother come to Baylor Scott and white Sunnyvale. 89% of the nurses have nasty attitudes. I will NEVER come to this hospital again . Worst experience EVER. Then when I tried to refuse care one of the nurses blurted out why we came pans how we needed to stay. I asked her why would she say that in a hallway full of people and she said “ sorry , let go in the room” smh

-10 STARS! If I could give negative stars, I would. If you have a choice of hospitals, DO NOT go to Baylor Scott & White Sunnyvale. You’d be better off getting diagnosed & treated by ChatGPT. Heck, the people at QT next door would probably be more helpful & DEFINITELY more kind! I was brought in BY AMBULANCE for a cardiac emergency & spent over an HOUR on the EMT stretcher in the hallway in front of the nurses’ station. One of the worst locations. I have never liked Baylor but this is obviously their crap location. Wait times and people here are horrible. Rude not friendly if tou don't like your job and cant handle the stress don't work here then. Get better care at the QT gas station up the street. If the ambulance asks you which hospital you want to go to, take the longer drive past this one!
