While they thought I was asleep in my er patient room they were talking amongst themselves about me and then 1 nurse said "I just work here" I told them loudly that I can hear them. The nurse came in and tries to play it off as like she was concerned. No ma'am! Do your job and do it correctly or leave this profession. Horrible

My mother went into the ER on 7/29 with extreme back lower left pain, throwing up and couldn’t get off barely move. She told the doctor on call that evening that it felt like kidney stones because that’s what she had the last time. They gave her pain meditation and sent her for a cat scan. We waited for over 2 hours for the doctor to come back and say he didn’t find anything wrong in her abdomen especially no kidney stones. 3 plus hours and still waiting. Shameful ER. Looking at the other poor scores, it’s the same response but yet no change. Taking Feedback Seriously, sure buddy, sure!

This place is so horrible. They won’t even get my mother A chair to leave the hospital. Don’t come to this hospital. They is so rude and so disrespectful.
