Worst place every. I went in because I didnt feel good because prior I stabbed my hand accidently with a knife and started feeling dizzy, nausea and vomiting. Only for them to tell me its a UT.. no explanation whatsoever. How do you go in for a cut and come out with a diagnosis of UT.. also they messed up on the pharmacy to send my meds to. They sent it to a place in Mesquite. Never Ever Go to This Place I genuinely believe this facility should be investigated. My experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I did not receive proper care, yet I keep getting different bills with no clear explanation. There has been no clarity, no proper communication over the phone, and no detailed information provided about the charges. Unless you are dying I don't suggest coming to this ER hospital. This experience has been the absolute worst. I have waited for 6 hours in the lobby sick and waiting to be seen and cannot even manage to get a Tylenol. I have got the same response from the staff of its full while watching others be called back.
