I would put zero stars if I could. I came yesterday because my brother's throat was in serious pain and I was under the impression that it was his tonsils acting up again (he has already been hospitalized twice for this so it was nothing new to me.) I get there and explain to them what I thought it was as well as the history he had behind it and they tell me that it actually wasn't his tonsils, it was just a bad case of strep thoat. Terrible Terrible Terrible ER DO NOT GO TO THIS ER THEY ARE THE WORST !!! They will have you waiting for 3/4 with only one person in the waiting area the are slow and don't show compassion to patients...

I am happy with the care that was provided for my mom. Every person was very thorough and kind. I’m baffled by the low ratings. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone needing healthcare needs.

I loved my nurse and NP. I had Allison NP and Nurse Cody. Allison greeted me with a smile and made sure that I understood everything being done and said. My nurse Cody. Phenomenal! He checked on me multiple times meanwhile he didn’t have a tech. He was running around everywhere but made sure to continuously check on me!! He advocated for my pain and didn’t shrug it off (I have a gallstone) thank you both for making me & my husband feel so comfortable.
