I think that it is a great hospital, and that occasionally many people have negative experiences. I have had a great career there, and I am thankful to have had a long work experience.
Feel like I'm at The "Hyatt Regency. " Never been treated as good at any other hosp. Anything one wants is here and brought to you within 15 mins.
I have a liver cyst that measures 16 cm x 16 cm x 14 cm. I have an appointment with a surgeon on Monday morning but was advised to get to the emergency room if my pain increased. The pain woke me at 4:30 am on Friday morning so we went to the closest Baylor faculty covered by own insurance. I brought the copy of my CAT scan from Thursday morning just in case the doctor needed it. We were concerned that the cyst had burst because of thr dramatic increase in my pain. That place is the worst hospital ever! The staff are so inept and have no idea what they are doing! DON'T GO THERE!!!!
Horrible ER department, submitting a complaint with the hospital. I understand that you prioritize your patients but waiting over and hour in the lobby having contractions is bull****. Plus all the front desk people are rude! There was blood on the floor in the ER bathroom and no one gave a concern in the world. Go someplace else if you can!
Amazing staff! Everyone at Baylor All saints that I dealt with during my stay was professional and courteous! I couldn't have been more impressed! Every step of my transplant went without issue Thank you for everything Baylor!
The best I have seen in a long time. My experience w/ hospitals started in November 2014 w/ my brother's stroke. Same year my Mom fell ill. Both in and out of facilities from here to Tyler. No other place will I trust the lives of people I love but Baylor All Saints. Earlier this week, Monday to be exact, trip to the ER with my brother, I'm a wreck.
