I Love Baylor Irving, each time I've had to have Medical services, I have always requested this location, the Doctors, Nurses, and all other staff are Exceptional..

It was horrible checking into the ER. Nurses, Tech and nurse practitioner were unprofessional. Unsanitary with blood draws and yelling of people's names which is against hippa and not directing people who are sick properly. Not helpful, rude and forgot they had patients that needed to be placed in rooms. Started iv fluids and was attached for an hour before they realized they never started it. Waited 2 hours for Tylenol to break my fever. I wrote my name correctly on the check in sheet and they printed my name wrong. This wa... read more
My beautiful son Apollo was born here just this last Thursday. Everyone on staff from the doctors and nurses to housekeeping were the nicest and most helpful people I've ever seen. Being first-time parents they gave us very useful information and took good care of him as well as us while recovering.
I've been here for 4 days now. Have seen 3 different doctors all who have something different to say. The nurses don't follow procedures and don't know how to treat a type 1 diabetic. Extremely upset.
I could not ask for better staff then on the 6th floor they made me feel right at home and the emergency room was just outstanding
We went to see my sister Glenna, see how she coming along! They really improved the front lobby and hallway's!
