After lung surgery, my father was transferred to Baylor Scott & White Continuous Care in Temple, TX. Family concerns were ignored when he was placed on the second floor without vital oxygen monitoring. Administrative coding issues and dismissive staff nearly endangered his life. We re-admitted him elsewhere. Avoid this facility.

While Dr. Hussain was very attentive and professional during my office visit, I left with many unanswered questions. I called back a few weeks later to discuss my concerns about an upcoming surgical procedure and all I got was voice mail. After waiting several days, I received a call from the office scheduler informing me someone would call me back. They never did. I called again several time and left messages but still no response. Out of frustration and stress, I cancelled the procedure with her and got another Doctor.... read more

Dr. Aryangat is great--personable, warm, funny, and he listens intently. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

We went to BSW ER in McKinney because my husband had abdominal distention and pain. He is cancer patient, so he has a port. The nurse at ER said they can't access the port of patient actively getting chemo, and they have to start IV in his arm. The nurse tried twice and couldn't get it, so she said, she will call oncology unit for somebody came to access the port. Then another nurse came in, very full of herself and kept sayin, that my husband is delaying his care if he doesn't want to start IV. She basically bullied in ... read more

Horrible service. The nurses and doctors pretend they are just as certified as Dr. Crane. They tell you to go to another doctor or facility to get help. I've been with Dr. Crane for years and have never been treated so rudley as last week. The nurse or assistant called me back and told me it was my fault. The emergency line called back and told me they don't care if I get treated or not.

I honestly see why they are #7 hospital in Texas. We were in the hospital over a week before a bleed in the colon was found. I guess it could happen. Transfusions just about daily. Not very organized. Doctors say one thing and the surgical team says something different. Very frustrating. I asked to speak with the surgeon after the surgery. Out of the question. Couldn't meet with him. Couldn't set up a time to meet or call. Doctor answered questions that he could, but other questions he had to get back with me. Never happened... read more

Waited over an hour in the exam room, when Dr.Hollowell finally came in he spent approximately 2 minutes in the room and managed to be rude and insulting in that two minute encounter. Furthermore, when the record of the visit showed up in my portal, the information was incorrect. I don’t know what patient he was thinking of, but it wasn’t me.  It may be time for him to retire. I’m not going back.

Please, please disregard the previous review. It was meant for the Sun City clinic. I came here (Georgeotown Central) in January, waited 10 minutes and was seen by N.P. Philips, who nailed the diagnosis, was very kind and caring and gave me the right treatment. And they have bottled water, tea and coffee for the patients.
