Some of the most amazing people work here. The experience in the women's center was bar none. The nurses became family. And this was 6 years ago. It's only improved!

This is a horrible place for a NICU baby. In spite of what their website claims, they do NOT provide a place for mothers nursing NICU babies to sleep nearby. Mothers who are recovering from difficult deliveries and attempting to nurse NICU babies around the clock are forced to sleep in the lobby and wash in the public bathrooms. This is absolutely shameful and inexcusable. If you are committed to nursing your new baby, I would highly recommend that you find a facility that is much more accommodating to nursing mothers.

Thank you for the wonderful care I received while having my outpatient surgery. A few days after the surgery I was rushed into the Emergency Room and received the most caring, compassionate doctors and nurses. I am so grateful for their care and I will not go to another hospital after my experience. I cannot express my gratitude enough.

Your standard of care in the NICU is detrimental to longterm breastfeeding relationships. Your protocols seem to be based on outdated research. Very disturbing especially since preemies do so much better when breastfed.

I recently delivered my 1st baby here and was blown away by the incredible treatment I received during my stay. I went through a number of nurses during my 5 day stay and my husband and I couldn't believe we didn't encounter one nurse we didn't love! From the doctors, to the anesthesiologist, to the nurses to the custodial staff....everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had a fabulous experience. As you can see, we can't say enough good things about this hospital!

Best time having my son at Baylor 2 weeks ago. It was like a 5 star hotel! Loved it!!!

I am currently having the worst experience I have ever had at this hospital. My son was admitted almost 2 hours ago with a head injury and he still has not received a CT. I will NEVER come to this hospital again. The staff is uncaring and has no sense of urgency.
