Well what a wonderful surprise for me...Had to take my hubby for surgery I thought oh boy not looking forward to this...I hate hospitals... We walked in and the lobby wow...What a wonderful looking place looked more like a lavish hotel lobby..comfy chairs paired off in groups so you could have your own space. This hospital is not only beautiful, it is very clean and the women's facility is fantastic. We loved our nurses here! Thank you everyone!
All the staff were very friendly & helpful from admission , to the nurses & especially the doctor . Thank you for your kindness .
I absolutely love this hospital, the staff was nice and friendly, the furniture in the waiting room is was nice and comfortable. I fell asleep in the half circle chair, it was like my own private room sitting in that chair. The huge fireplace was so nice and inviting and a beautiful Grand Piano. Complimentary muffins and coffee, Tea, hot Chocolate. And was given a complimentary meal that was amazing, I had the Chipotle Salmon with Broccoli and baked potato. Kind, courteous and professional staff. Everything has gone like clockwork. The staff ensures after-care is coordinated, is always ready to answer any questions and address any concerns. The food is incredible and definitely not the "hospital food" from the old days. I will forever be grateful for the care my husband received here.
The staff at Baylor Scott and White Frisco was excellent, very supportive, positive, organized, highly responsive! I must say we were impressed with every detail, and am very grateful for the excellent and professional care my wife received.
This hospital is the best! All of the staff were so welcoming and nice! There was not one person that I didn't love and appreciate. I was very nervous and they could feel it. They went above expectations to make me feel comfortable and calmer.
They where very good!However in the waiting room area they could have water and soda not just coffee.
Quick and too the point... where others fail..Baylor of Frisco has always excelled. My only child born in Texas was born there.. I was very sick and had the pleasure of being there for 13 days straight. .. the Dr's are great but the nurses rock.. I felt like I was being taken cared of by my mom ... well mom's I guess .. love Baylor of Frisco
