My labor experience was just ok. The nurses seemed hurried and overworked. They seem to be very busy and not willing to help. It's a beautiful facility, but the care made my experience not very special. Maybe look elsewhere if you're considering where to deliver.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Women’s Services department at this hospital. After a traumatizing experience with my first delivery, I was on the defensive and ready to advocate for my care and safety but from the moment I arrived, the front desk staff, medical and nursing team, EVS and nutrition services team made me feel safe, respected, and genuinely cared for. Bringing my baby into the world was the most beautiful and unforgettable experience of my life. My nurse showed so much care and compassion, going far beyond her duty to make sure we were safe and comfortable. The doctors and every staff member supported me with such kindness during my first delivery. I will always be deeply grateful to them from the bottom of my heart.
I can’t say enough how much I appreciate this hospital and all the labor and Delivery and postpartum nurses! This was my first delivery and I was terrified of the unknown, but these women kept me so calm throughout the whole process and made me feel at ease. Lawanda, Tanya, Kelly, Ana, and Christine thank you so much for being so incredible and making me feel comfortable through a very scary time.
