Service at the Waxahachie Baylor SW emergency room was fast and professional.
They did an excellent job. I feel better.
I have been to the BS&W Waxahachie ER several times with my mother, and just recently my husband had to take me after a fall. Each time we have been, I have been very impressed with the check-in process, how quickly we are seen and the cleanliness of the hospital. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and seem to really care about what the medical condition is that needs attention. It’s nice to have quality care when you need it.

I did not have a good experience at this emergency room. It took 14 attempts by 5 different staff members to get a vein for a simple blood draw, which left me feeling worse than when I first arrived. The communication was also poor. I was not kept updated about what was going on during my visit. With so many other options for emergency care in the area, I would not return here and would choose a different facility next time.
