I came into the ER by Ambulance and I was immediately taken to a room and looked at. Cheryl was my nurse today and she was so caring and attentive. She actually knew my issue more than the Dr. Thank you so much for your kindness and concern Cheryl.
Beware. After paying 238.00 at the counter for a 10 min visit, where no labs were run, a second bill was sent to us for 54.00. When we called billing, we were told first it was because "he was old." Her exact words. He's 62. The second person said it was "To build a long term relationship". Also exact words. To me this seems more like a money grab or Insurance Fraud. Watch your billing. Question Everything.
My wife Ameena and I had an amazing experience here over the past 5 days during her pregnancy journey, which blessed us with a healthy baby boy. I truly want to acknowledge and appreciate the hard work of all the RNs—Catherine, Anni—the cleaning staff, kitchen staff, and of course Dr. Diaz, for their exceptional care and support.
