I believe this is the closest to a scam I've ever come to. For two years now they've wanted the same amount of money which I've sent them one time but they still wanted again. It's a scam don't use Baylor Scott and White Home Health
I gave Baylor Home Health 1 star because I could not give them zero. They contacted me right after my surgery and told there was a staffing issue and they will have another company do my therapy, I said ok no problem. A week went by, I called the new company and they said BSWHH never gave them my insurance info and that BSW will do my therapy.
