We contacted this imaging center to get an estimate for a CT scan, as we were concerned about potential out-of-pocket costs. Since our physician is with Baylor Scott & White (BSWH), our preference was to use a BSWH imaging center. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was unwilling to provide any estimate for the scan without scheduling an appointment. Have a total reverse shoulder replacement. Told the lady my arm was bad. She completely raised my arm up fast and caused me pain. I’ve had many mammograms in my life I’m 62 years old. Have small breast have saline implants and it was really painful how she grabbed my breast and cranking down the machine on my breast it hurt my breast to the point of me thinking she’s going to break my saline implants. The website says they do X-Rays but what it does not say is they don’t do X-Rays on Saturdays. They tell you this when show up as they are open. I called to see if they were doing X-Rays on Friday but was on hold for 12 minutes before I hung up. I would suggest going to another facility if X-Rays are needed

I had a very pleasant experience with my recent biopsy. Nurse Vicki was there to explain everything about the procedure and calm my nerves! Maegan was also there during the procedure and was just so kind. Dr Zorinsky performed the biopsy and was very genuine and made me feel very comfortable. The trio made a great team and I’m so thankful that they were on MY team!
