This team was very rude to my mother. Right before her surgery coming up! They showed no compassion and are getting their files mixed up, and lying to her and on her. I'm very disappointed!
The staff did not inform us that our child would not be allowed in the ultrasound room when our appointment was made or during the reminder phone call. The staff lacked any compassion and treat patients as just a number and name. It’s truly sad how this side of the hospital operates which is the complete opposite of the maternity ward. This is by far the worst experience we have had at any hospital. Training is needed to remind the staff that patients are people.
Finished a hernia surgery recovery program of six weeks and am back to full duty because of Michael Charles Smith, MD. So grateful.
Dr. Smith needs a refresher course on compassion. Very insensitive. Gave a cancer diagnosis over the phone while the person was at work. Who does that?
