Worst service offered.. unable to reach a live person! Keep getting transferred to an automated system that refers you to an app .. called the main number several times and no actual assistance/help
Comms are terrible. Scheduling is terrible. Physician response is terrible. Care is terrible. Everything at BSW is so siloed in to a specialty no one achieves any results. No physician seems capable of actually providing patient care. Good business model. Terrible patient care model. Go somewhere else. Mayo clinic seems to stay in business and have positive patient outcomes. BSW just stays in business.
I love doctor Ready. He listens and he take his time to workout whatever I’m dealing with.
Took my girlfriend to see her doctor I had to park the car she went up by herself he came out and said hurry hurry hurry and she is walking with two kings because she got bad knees trying to diagnose her in 10 minutes had to wait in line to get a pass to go in just like you walking into a secret base only reason I'm giving a two star of the guy who drove a back to a car one of the lady I checked in they were very helpful and friendly but for the doctor and Restless staff they need to find new jobs
