Total rip off! This facility is in-network with my insurance. Per my plan a specialist is $40/visit, no exceptions. Each visit they charged $178.75 in addition to whatever the doctor charges because they classify themselves as an outpatient facility. They don’t deserve your hard earned money. I’ve seen other comments saying they charge a hospital fee. This is the same thing. They may be betting your insurance will quietly pay it but mine rejected it and I’m still fighting it. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. 1.) they overcharge you because they charge you a "hospital fee" and your copay making the appt cost double what it should AND they don't tell you this ahead of time. 2.) they had 3months to submit a prior auth for my Botox and waited until a week before to request one and sent me an estimate without my insurance that would be due at visit because they hadn't gotten it back yet. 3. Set an appointment for my mom with a doctor at this facility. When I called to see if I could get an earlier appointment I was told basically that not only would I be charged exorbitant prices for the doctor (that's normal now a days) but I would also have to pay a "facility" fee up to $325 (and couldn't even tell me if it would be covered by Medicare) What a scam.
