I’ve been sitting in the EMERGENCY ROOM FOR 2 hours the staff so nonchalant they slowwwwwwww ugrgent is what this hospital should be but it’s not ima die in waiting room because if you’re not white they don’t care !

I came into the emergency room seeking some Immediate assistance. I’m in a lot of pain rated it a 10 no one has yet to come help me due to the pain. I’ve sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours without even being seen by a nurse or doctor. Not 1 patient has walked through the door for an emergency. I have been to Baylor All Saints for multiple things over the years since 2008. I have delivered 3 kiddos there, hospital stays for complications with twins and they had a two week NICU stay. I have also had a hysterectomy there and yesterday I had to have emergency surgery there too. I would highly recommend this hospital. I haven’t had a bad experience at all. My daughter was transferred from El Paso after Baylor All Saints we were still in El Paso and the nurses were so very accommodating knowing that the only way we would be able to see our daughter was FaceTime Inc. and they were absolutely wonderful the doctor he would call no less than 2 to 3 times a week and give us an update she was in the MSICU I truly believe that all of those nurses there that help take care of my child were guardian angel sent from up above she was extremely sick and they did their work so beautifully a... read more
