The hospital complex is a 3 minute drive away, I called the main practice to establish care and they were full, they transferred me to the residency practice to check what was available and they were able to get me in. Over the last two years I've been here for regular visits and follow ups, seeing Dr Dhana and Dr Aguirre. Both were great, they did not rush the appointment I felt that they listened and were sincere. When I make a phone call to this office, you hear in the recording to use the portal to get faster assistance. Right! I have been writing down on there portal so far I’ve waited eight working days for a response and never got one. I’ve wrote multiple messages over maybe two years and rarely get a response. The non-responses on the portal causes me to get frustrated, wondering why they don’t respond. I don’t need any more stress with my multiple medical problems. I have seen the Pediatric providers here since Summer 2024. I could not give a better review. I have always felt listened to and my children(s) needs are addresses and met. All of the providers take the necessary time and I do not feel rushed. Scheduling can by difficult but I request to speak to someone in the office (versus the call center). The providers are prompt with responses to messages through the app, as well. I would trust Dr. Linguist, Andrew and the residents with any concerns.
