Dr. Crossly and staff would not trade them for any other group
The staff and the doctor were friendly. She did a thorough examination and I thought her diagnosis and course of next steps were right. However, the xray referral was never sent. Now I am in urgent care with much setback partially because of the delay in the prescribed process. This is the office that also forgot to establish my PCP and I needed to take care of that months later. I like the physicians but the office procedures need improvement
I always have a good experience at the Cedar Hill facility. Dr. Crossley is the absolute best. She listens, answers all of my questions, and I never feel rushed. My favorite doctor by far!!
