Office staff very professional and helpful next Lab staff very nice and caring and last but not least my Doctor Dr Daniell T is awesome so kind very knowledgeable and takes her time explaining everything to me...she is the Best!!
My appointment was at 2:30 got there 2:15. 15 minutes early. Got called back to the room 3:10 and the nurse took my vitals and left 3:20. Training Doc comes in 3:30 asked a few questions while staring at the computer. (felt like he was killing time not sure) Doctor Kakkar comes in 3:45 talks to me and sends me for bloodwork and out the door 4:05. Almost 2 hrs for that visit. It's hard to respect your show up 15 minutes early when you don't even get seen until an hour later. The Doc in training should come in with the Doctor.... read more
The faculty at the check in desk was very efficient and friendly, My Doctors staff starting with Mr. Lucky was very professional and helpful. My Family physician Dr. Sharon Tucker is a treasure, my family and I moved to Waxahachie but still make the drive to Mesquite BSW Family Center so we can have our health care done by Dr. Tucker.
I read the reviews prior to seeing Dr. I. She was everything that was said. Very caring and personable. Great physician!
