The providers are great and genuinely care about patients. However, the front desk has gone way downhill as far as customer service and respect. The clinic has a grace period, but God forbid you need it. They cherry pick who can use and refuse to check the rest in. I have seen it not just for myself but others as well. The final straw was today. We left early to make sure we could get through the construction but still ended up being a few minutes behind and they refused to check us in.
