They love to waste time here. I called and was on hold for 30 minutes. Finally someone picked up then the line was disconnected. I called again and was on hold for an hour. Finally had to hang up. Never was able to talk with anyone. Not even an automated line.
If you have a choice don't go here. They are aggressive and demeaning on every level. When something goes wrong, and it will because the office is disorganized and some of the staff are rude, they will be aggressive with you and they will not help you. Do not rely on them for care or medications.

I was anxious to have a conversation with a specialist about an issue I've had for over a decade. I was hoping for an informative appointment. I've never felt more rushed at a doctor's office in my life. Although, the assistants I had for the initial and follow up were very kind. I was disappointed that Dr. Javvaji treated me like a number and not like a human being. I felt dismissed. I will have to find another doctor who actually cares and will make time to have a conversation about my concerns.
I have the hardest time with clear communication at this office. It seems as if every appointment is my very first appointment. I feel like everything that we spoke about from one appointment is completely lost and forgotten before the next appointment. And then if they recommend treatment at another facility, ie, an infusion or shot or something of that nature, you may be waiting forever for the other facility to get the order for the treatment or you end up having to get that scheduled yourself.
