I have the hardest time with clear communication at this office. It seems as if every appointment is my very first appointment. I feel like everything that we spoke about from one appointment is completely lost and forgotten before the next appointment. And then if they recommend treatment at another facility, ie, an infusion or shot or something of that nature, you may be waiting forever for the other facility to get the order for the treatment or you end up having to get that scheduled yourself. I wanted to come here to share our experience this morning as it is totally opposite of what the very few reviews here have said and I feel it is only right to show the positive side of things as was experienced by the care and concern that was shown to my husband this morning. We live 30 miles away from the doctors office so when we arrived about 40 minutes early we didn't expect to be seen until our appointment time because well we were early. See all these reviews saying how rude his office staff is, LISTEN TO THEM! His medical assistant is the absolute worst. I scheduled an appointment. She called to state I needed a referral from my primary caregiver and to know why I was being seen. I have been to this doctor in 2021, 2022, and 2023. He diagnosed me in 2021 with Hashimotos. Since then I have also followed up for thyroid nodules. The assistant stated she couldn't find any visits except 2023 for nodules. That I would need all new bloodwork and images to be seen.... read more

The doctor was quite rude and did not honor my request for an additional blood test. He simply discounted my wish and made me feel stupid! Told me he doesn't do that. It was the entire Reason I went to see him to check my thyroid replacement meds to make sure I have been properly prescribed. Then he asked me in medical-ease about tests that I may or may not have had done, but when I asked him what the test was for, or could he write it down and I would check with my many cancer Drs. Dr. Javvaji was very friendly, but his treatment plan was to do exactly the same things my Primary Care Doctor is doing to manage my condition and symptoms for my endocrine dysfunction condition. It was basically a waste of time and a waste of money for an expensive co-pay for the same exact treatment plan. Medical assistant was quite terrible, zero empathy and zero friendliness, she seemed annoyed to be there and clearly hated her job.
