My son age 14 is autistic and has adhd he can get overwhelmed if to loud or u do not explain things before u do it and always wears his headphones but the nurse was amazing explained everything step by step checked on him my son didn't even need to wear his headphones and would even talk with the nurse and doctor wh8ch he wouldn't talk to nurses cuz he doesn't know them but they made him feel safe and comfortable thank u everyone truly appreciate how u all took care of him he was scared and alot of anxiety

Went into the emergency room with back pain related to a fall. Was immediately attended to by courteous and helpful staff. Gave details to nurse after promptly being led to an examination room. Vitals were checked and a doctor came to attend to me quite quickly. He ordered a CT scan and I was wheeled in to get one within 15 minutes. Results were ready in about 20 minutes. I love coming to Baylor Scott and white. Been coming to their clinics/hospitals for over 2 years now. I wanna thank Dr.Federico for keeping me calm and talking me through my first set of stitches, she was gentle and caring . As well as Dr. Denova for removing them and also being patient with me as I was super nervous. 10:10 recommend this hospital to everyone !
