Came today to the ER everyone was great including Jackie. Alicia Lisa Ferris Dr Chan and Wes’s.
10/10 doctors were nice. The nurse team actually listened and were very caring.
I appreciate the great customer service provided today by the following john Cecilia, Lisa, Allison, Jackie, and especially Doctor Babu. They were very quick and understanding, listening and help me through this trial time of this accident I was in thank you so much for your customer service.
I went here after a car wreck, and let me just say—the team was outstanding! They were timely, caring, and, most importantly, I actually felt heard as a patient. My doctor, Dr. Chan, was very attentive to my pain and communicated clearly about the plan of action. My nurse, Nurse Kim, was absolutely top tier—she made me laugh through the pain and was so kind and sweet, making me feel genuinely cared for.
