Lacking wrt procedural follow-up. Two weeks after EDG procedure and after lab work complete, had not heard from surgeon or BSW-DD staff. I called DD and asked if they were going to perhaps follow-up at some point. BSW-DD said surgeon sent a letter. The letter, as it turns out, is a separate notification channel on the app and is different from messages. Letters cannot be accessed from the home screen, and do not trigger text notifications like messages do, and they do not appear to show up as "unread". After 20 yrs with BSW ... read more
