Quick to collect what’s suppose to be applied to deductible. Refund takes more than they say. They don’t document like their suppose too when you place a call. And they don’t run your insurance prior to visits.
no point of going to this facility. They will not return phone calls, provide your results, answer your questions, or even answer the phone. Your just simply a statistic a number who has health insurance they can bill. Katrina who ever she is I been trying to get her to return my calls. But she works there and I believe her and her colleagues leaves the phone off the hook. Or they will send it directly to voice mail. It’s really sad.
