Great experience every time. We see Dr. Portillo. What I love the most is the punctuality of the office and the friendliness of the staff. The ability to message the doctors is also a beneficial feature. We left another "fancy" dermatology office in Prosper because of constant 1 hr waits and inability to communicate with doctors without constant follow up visits.
Might be an awesome dr. but not able to get an appointment. Waited on hold for 30 mins. and scheduler couldn't confirm insurance so told me to call back after I confirmed. I did call back and was on hold for one hour and then was disconnected. Tried booking an online appointment and the system was confusing. Only appointments available for new patient was in August and September, but system also said those appointment times were not for new patients. Too bad, his credentials were what I was looking for in a new dermatologist... read more
